ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is seeking an LA-based Senior Producer to work closely with agency creatives in driving ideation, strategy, and problem-solving across a range of disciplines. Reporting to the Director of Production, the Senior Producer will oversee the day-to-day management of multiple experiential programs, from concept through execution. A deep understanding of cultural trends and pop culture, and a passion for applying them to innovative brand experiences, is essential.
What Makes a Great Candidate

- 3 days/week in-office (NYC)
- 10 AM – 7 PM EST
- 5-7 years of experience producing in-person events
- Prior experience managing or producing events for an agency or brand
- Proven track record as a Lead Producer managing budgets of $750K+
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, take-ownership mindset
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to evolving agency dynamics
- Established and current relationships with trusted production vendors and venues
- Proficient in Mac OS and collaboration tools including Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Keynote, Slack, and Zoom
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full ownership of production budgets, from creation through reconciliation and audit
- Lead multi-market, multi-day programs with budgets ranging up to $1M+
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
- Manage and cultivate vendor relationships, including effective cost negotiation
- Oversee multiple vendors simultaneously (venues, AV, catering, fabrication, etc.)
- Execute builds in collaboration with fabricators and vinyl installers
- Coordinate production documents and lead production meetings (workback calendars, run-of-show, floor plans, face sheets, etc.)
- Recruit, manage, and assemble teams of producers and freelance talent
- Train and mentor junior staff in line with department needs and agency standards
- Build and nurture direct relationships with repeat clients
- Proactively seek out new vendors and venues, such as florists, caterers, bars, hotels, and screening rooms
The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Please note that actual compensation packages are dependent on a holistic assessment of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable skillS.
