ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is looking for an NYC-based Account Supervisor to join our Accounts Department! Seeking a detail-oriented person to be a day-to-day lead on fully integrated marketing initiatives that include experiential, partnership, talent, and creative programs. The Account Supervisor will oversee two to three exciting and highly visible integrated accounts at the agency. This role reports to the Account Directors and SVP of Accounts, handling everything from day-to-day client management and relationship-building to production of all activation elements and persuasive recapping of programs. We are seeking a true leader who clearly demonstrates an eagerness to develop a vision, manage and grow a team, ensure flawless production of activation platforms, and continuously elevate business.
What Makes a Great Candidate
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A HYBRID SCHEDULE
    • 3 days/week in office (LA)
    • 10 AM – 7 PM PST
  • 3-5+ years of agency and account management experience
  • Experience leading junior staff and overseeing a team
  • Experience leading projects with budgets between $250K-500K
  • Strong sense of empathy, passion for teamwork and ability to think strategically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for current trends and pop-culture
  • Understanding of PR & event marketing experience a major plus
  • Ability to travel at least once a month for projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the long-term vision for client projects and ensure flawless execution
  • Support Account Directors by easing their day-to-day visibility while keeping them highly informed
  • Lead the development and production of experiences, promotions, contests, and partnerships, including negotiating contracts and building + managing budgets
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow, timelines and communication to ensure that all project needs are being met
  • Work closely with Strategy, Design, PR, Social, and Production teams to execute any and all necessary client asks
  • Lead day-to-day management of client relationships, with a goal of building these into fruitful partnerships and expanding business
  • Supervise and mentor Account Managers in development of status reports, billing and other daily account maintenance projects
  • Develop a strong understanding of client categories and key competitive developments
  • Lead at least 2-3 projects between $250K-500K
The estimated base salary for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually. Please note that actual compensation packages are dependent on a holistic assessment of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable skillS.

Team Epiphany is looking for a NYC-based Junior Graphic Designer to join our CreativeDepartment!The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for the co-development of creative concepts for avariety of pitches, social assets, advertisements, events, and promotional assets. This role reportsto the Art Director in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

  • 1+ year of graphic design experience, preferably within an agency atmosphere
  • Exceptional design sensibility with the ability to integrate messaging, color, imagery, and typography
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote
  • Great storyteller with both expressive and logistical communication skills
  • Ability to design with pixels and vectors
  • Serious attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while remaining efficient, poised, and organized
  • Flexibility to work both collaboratively and independently on projects of all scales and types
  • Open and receptive to creative direction and design feedback
  • Experience with motion design is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with in-house Art Director and Designers to design an array of content for use by clients across platforms including but not limited to physical experiences, social and digital media.
  • Execute presentation layouts, illustration, photo manipulation, and photocomposition
  • Follow creative direction responsibly and effectively
  • Work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned
  • Uphold graphic aesthetic and integrity of original design while producing a high volume of new assets
  • Execute multiple projects at once while meeting scheduled deadlines
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and work independently
  • Maintain a familiarity with social media, digital trends, and other relevant media
  • Receive art direction and design feedback fluidly and without trepidation, but be able to voice your opinion on style and aesthetic while defending your design decisions
