ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is looking for a NYC-based Office Manager to lead workplace functions and activities.

Under the general direction of the Operations Team, you will lead a broad range of organizational support, client/team services, and administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acting as the agency ambassador, the face of Team Epiphany, and the first point of contact for many including employees, visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Being a connector of people and information across business services and units
  • Being the point person and strategic lead for managing day-to-day operations, in collaboration with the Executive Assistant: including basic IT and IT team partnership, interfacing with building management to resolve issues and arrange entry of vendors, coordinating with cleaning staff, and supply ordering and stocking
  • Managing relevant vendor list (beverage, HVAC, BMS, shredding, copier, etc.) to schedule routine maintenance and repairs of office infrastructure and orchestrate office improvements as needed
  • Curating, organizing, communicating, and facilitating various company events with local office culture champions
  • Identifying gaps in current practices and developing high impact programs and interventions for improvement
  • Tracking and managing expenses
  • Additional tasks and projects as needed
The estimated base salary for this position is $40,000 to $55,000 annually. Please note that actual compensation packages are dependent on a holistic assessment of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable skillS.

Graphic Designer

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is looking for a NYC-based Graphic Designer to join our Creative Department!

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the co-development of creative concepts for a variety of pitches, social assets, advertisements, events, and promotional assets. This role reports to the Art Director in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with in-house Art Director and Designers to design an array of content for use by clients across platforms including but not limited to physical experiences, social and digital media
  • Execute presentation layouts, illustration, photo manipulation, and photocomposition
  • Follow creative direction responsibly and effectively
    Work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned
  • Uphold graphic aesthetic and integrity of original design while producing a high volume of new assets
  • Execute multiple projects at once while meeting scheduled deadlines
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and work independently
  • Maintain a familiarity with social media, digital trends, and other relevant media
  • Receive art direction and design feedback fluidly and without trepidation, but be able to voice your opinion on style and aesthetic while defending your design decisions

Jr. Experiential Designer

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Junior Experiential Designer supports Senior Designers in developing creative concepts for various events, dinners, pop-up activations, and large-scale brand experiences. This role works closely with team members and the in-house Production Team. Reporting directly to the Art Director and indirectly to Senior Designers, the Junior Experiential Designer thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement art direction for event design, including set and spatial design, 2D and 3D renderings, and event builds using software such as Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
  • Assist Senior Designers on all projects
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Event Producers, and Strategists
  • Create 3D models and draw floor plans to scale
  • Produce compelling renderings of physical environments to present ideas to clients
  • Coordinate with vendors for graphics production and item construction
