ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is seeking a NYC-based Account Supervisor to join our Accounts Department. This detail-oriented leader will oversee day-to-day management of fully integrated marketing initiatives, including experiential, partnership, talent, and creative programs, across two to three high-profile accounts.
Reporting to the Account Directors and EVP of Accounts, the Account Supervisor will drive client relationships, manage production of activation elements, and deliver persuasive program recaps. We’re looking for a true leader who is eager to develop strategic vision, grow and manage teams, ensure flawless execution, and continuously elevate our business.
What Makes a Great Candidate

- 3 days/week in office (NYC)
- 10 AM – 7 PM EST
- 3-5+ years of agency and account management experience
- Proven experience leading junior staff and managing teams
- Experience managing projects with budgets between $250K–$500K
- Strong strategic thinking, empathy, and passion for teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for current trends and pop culture
- PR and experiential marketing experience is a significant plus
- Ability to travel at least once a month for projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the long-term vision for client projects and ensure flawless execution
- Support Account Directors by easing their day-to-day visibility while keeping them highly informed
- Lead the development and production of experiences, promotions, contests, and partnerships, including negotiating contracts and building + managing budgets
- Manage the day-to-day workflow, timelines and communication to ensure that all project needs are being met
- Work closely with Strategy, Design, PR, Social, and Production teams to execute any and all necessary client asks
- Lead day-to-day management of client relationships, with a goal of building these into fruitful partnerships and expanding business
- Supervise and mentor Account Managers in development of status reports, billing and other daily account maintenance projects
- Develop a strong understanding of client categories and key competitive developments
- Lead at least 2-3 projects between $250K-500K
The estimated base salary for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually. Please note that actual compensation packages are dependent on a holistic assessment of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable skillS.
