ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is seeking a NYC-based Account Manager to support integrated marketing initiatives across experiential, talent, partnership, and creative programs for one to two high-profile accounts.
Reporting to the Account Supervisor, this role involves day-to-day client management, production support, and program recapping. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized “people person” who’s eager to learn, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings a unique perspective to culture and brand experience.
What Makes a Great Candidate

- 3 days/week in office (NYC)
- 10 AM – 7 PM EST
- Prior agency experience required
- Experience in PR and experiential marketing strongly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, with a collaborative mindset and high emotional intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine passion for pop culture and current trends
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Account Supervisor in day-to-day account management
- Assist in producing experiences, promotions, contests, and partnerships, including contract negotiation and budget management
- Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, status reports, billing, and research docs in collaboration with internal teams
- Build junior-level client relationships and identify growth opportunities within client organizations
- Stay informed on client industries and competitive trends
- Contribute innovative ideas to grow client brands and agency business
- Stay connected to culture by attending relevant events and reporting insights
- Supervise and mentor interns, when applicable
The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Please note that actual compensation packages are dependent on a holistic assessment of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable skillS.
