ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven New Business Manager to provide day-to-day support for new business initiatives that directly impact the overall growth of Team Epiphany. Reporting to both the SVP of New Business and the New Business Supervisor, this role encompasses various functions, including lead generation, client relationship-building, procurement processes, and onboarding. We are looking for a true "people person" who exhibits a strong desire to expand Team Epiphany’s client roster, possesses highly organized work habits, and offers a unique perspective on the industry. Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
What Makes a Great Candidate

- 3 days/week in office
- 10 AM – 7 PM EST
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven track record of cultivating client relationships and winning business
- 2-3 years of agency experience preferred, ideally in New Business/Business Development; Account Management experience a plus
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, advertising channels, and agency core business functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented mentality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Applications (Sheets, Slides), and Keynote
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven knowledge and passion for pop culture, advertising, media, and marketing
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate, prepare, and present agency capabilities presentations and pitch materials
- Manage client briefing process from start to finish, both externally and internally
- Handle Request for Information and other procurement processes for potential clients
- Build staffing plans and agency fee estimates based on brief responses
- Manage budget estimation process across relevant internal teams
- Draft Scope of Work documents and negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients
- Lead the MSA process for new client opportunities as necessary
- Maintain current agency pipeline and prospect documents, track and report on new business pipeline to internal stakeholders and senior management
- Onboard necessary internal teams for new clients/projects
- Foster and maintain relationships with new and prospective clients to identify business opportunities and support overall client relations
- Develop a strong understanding of agency capabilities, client categories, and competitive developments
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Supervise and mentor interns when applicable
The estimated base salary for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. Please note that actual compensation packages are dependent on a holistic assessment of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable skillS.
