Team Epiphany is seeking a NYC-based Social Strategist to join our Social Department!

Reporting to the EVP of Strategy, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and community, shaping social storytelling while engaging the audiences that power our clients’ brands.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creator, and community builder—someone who understands how brands show up in culture and can translate that into impactful content and conversations. You will collaborate with teams across Strategy, Creative, Content, and Accounts to develop and execute social strategies, create content, and manage community engagement.
What Makes a Great Candidate
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A HYBRID SCHEDULE
    • 3 days/week in office (NYC)
    • 10 AM – 7 PM EST
  • 2–4+ years of experience in social media strategy or marketing
  • Experience in an agency environment or managing multiple brand accounts preferred
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms and their evolving best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to concept and create engaging social content
  • Experience with community management and audience engagement
  • Proficiency in social analytics tools and performance tracking
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cultural fluency, with a keen understanding of internet trends and conversations
  • Experience with content production and/or short-form video is a plus
  • Familiarity with creator and influencer partnerships is a plus
  • Basic design or editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut) are a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Build and maintain brand voice and tone across social channels
  • Create and publish compelling social content for both agency and client projects
  • Monitor social conversations to identify trending topics, cultural insights, and engagement opportunities
  • Cross team collaborate to bring social campaigns to life
  • Participate in content ideation sessions initiated by other team members
  • Support content calendars, publishing schedules, and platform management for both agency and client projects
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across key social platforms
The estimated base salary for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 annually. Please note that actual compensation packages are dependent on a holistic assessment of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable skillS.

Experiential Producer

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is seeking a NYC-based Producer to work closely with agency creatives in driving ideation, strategy, and problem-solving across multiple disciplines. We’re looking for more than just a skilled executor, we value individuals who are curious, passionate, and collaborative team players. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented, with strong client relationship skills and experience leading teams.  

Reporting to the Director of Production, the Producer will oversee the day-to-day management of multiple experiential programs, while staying informed and inspired by the latest trends and pop culture.
What Makes a Great Candidate

  • Proven experience producing in-person events as an Event Producer or Associate Producer
  • Prior experience managing or producing events for an agency or brand
  • Demonstrated ability to manage production budgets of $350K+
  • Comfortable leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled negotiator with experience managing vendor contracts and costs
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills across multiple concurrent projects
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Established, up-to-date relationships with trusted production vendors and venues
  • Proficient in Mac OS and collaboration tools including Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Keynote, Slack, and Zoom
  • Prior experience in content production is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the full lifecycle of production budgets — from creation to reconciliation and audit
  • Lead multi-market, multi-day experiential programs with budgets up to $500K
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and on-budget execution
  • Manage and grow vendor relationships, including cost negotiation and service evaluation
  • Develop and manage production documents; lead production meetings (e.g., workback calendars, run-of-show, floorplans, face sheets)
  • Execute physical builds in collaboration with fabricators and technical teams
  • Hire, manage, and lead teams of producers and freelance staff
  • Partner with Senior Producers and department leads throughout project lifecycles
  • Mentor and train junior team members to build departmental capabilities
  • Proactively identify and source new vendors and venues (e.g., florists, caterers, bars, hotels, screening rooms)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple moving parts, and is passionate about bringing campaigns to life through activations. The Freelancer will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, engaging experiences that align with client objectives and brand storytelling.

  • Proven experience producing experiential marketing campaigns, live events, or brand activations
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve quickly in dynamic environments
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end production of experiential marketing programs, including events, pop-ups, installations, and brand activations
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, account) and external vendors (fabricators, venues, talent)
  • Oversee logistics such as permitting, transportation, staffing, and on-site execution
  • Act as the main point of contact during events, troubleshooting issues in real time
  • Track and reconcile budgets, invoices, and post-event reporting
