Team Epiphany is seeking a NYC-based Social Strategist to join our Social Department!

Reporting to the EVP of Strategy, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and community, shaping social storytelling while engaging the audiences that power our clients’ brands.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creator, and community builder—someone who understands how brands show up in culture and can translate that into impactful content and conversations. You will collaborate with teams across Strategy, Creative, Content, and Accounts to develop and execute social strategies, create content, and manage community engagement.
What Makes a Great Candidate

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is highly client-facing and sits at the core of our strategic and creative process.
