ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is seeking a NYC-based Producer to work closely with agency creatives in driving ideation, strategy, and problem-solving across multiple disciplines. We’re looking for more than just a skilled executor, we value individuals who are curious, passionate, and collaborative team players. Reporting to the Director of Production, the Producer will oversee the day-to-day management of multiple experiential programs, while staying informed and inspired by the latest trends and pop culture.
What Makes a Great Candidate

- 3 days/week in-office (NYC)
- 10 AM – 7 PM EST
- Proven experience producing in-person events as an Event Producer or Associate Producer
- Prior experience managing or producing events for an agency or brand
- Demonstrated ability to manage production budgets of $350K+
- Comfortable leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled negotiator with experience managing vendor contracts and costs
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills across multiple concurrent projects
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
- Established, up-to-date relationships with trusted production vendors and venues
- Proficient in Mac OS and collaboration tools including Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Keynote, Slack, and Zoom
- Prior experience in content production is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full lifecycle of production budgets — from creation to reconciliation and audit
- Lead multi-market, multi-day experiential programs with budgets up to $500K
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and on-budget execution
- Manage and grow vendor relationships, including cost negotiation and service evaluation
- Develop and manage production documents; lead production meetings (e.g., workback calendars, run-of-show, floorplans, face sheets)
- Execute physical builds in collaboration with fabricators and technical teams
- Hire, manage, and lead teams of producers and freelance staff
- Partner with Senior Producers and department leads throughout project lifecycles
- Mentor and train junior team members to build departmental capabilities
- Proactively identify and source new vendors and venues (e.g., florists, caterers, bars, hotels, screening rooms)
The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually. Please note that actual compensation packages are dependent on a holistic assessment of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable skillS.
