ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is looking for an LA-based Account Supervisor to join our Accounts Department! Seeking a detail-oriented person to be a day-to-day lead on fully integrated marketing initiatives that include experiential, partnership, talent, and creative programs. The Account Supervisor will oversee two to three exciting and highly visible integrated accounts at the agency. This role reports to the Account Directors and SVP of Accounts, handling everything from day-to-day client management and relationship-building to production of all activation elements and persuasive recapping of programs. We are seeking a true leader who clearly demonstrates an eagerness to develop a vision, manage and grow a team, ensure flawless production of activation platforms, and continuously elevate business.
What Makes a Great Candidate
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A HYBRID SCHEDULE
    • 3 days/week in office (LA)
    • 9 AM – 6 PM PST
  • 3-5+ years of agency and account management experience
  • Experience leading junior staff and overseeing a team
  • Experience leading projects with budgets between $250K-500K
  • Strong sense of empathy, passion for teamwork and ability to think strategically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for current trends and pop-culture
  • Understanding of PR & event marketing experience a major plus
  • Ability to travel at least once a month for projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the long-term vision for client projects and ensure flawless execution
  • Support Account Directors by easing their day-to-day visibility while keeping them highly informed
  • Lead the development and production of experiences, promotions, contests, and partnerships, including negotiating contracts and building + managing budgets
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow, timelines and communication to ensure that all project needs are being met
  • Work closely with Strategy, Design, PR, Social, and Production teams to execute any and all necessary client asks
  • Lead day-to-day management of client relationships, with a goal of building these into fruitful partnerships and expanding business
  • Supervise and mentor Account Managers in development of status reports, billing and other daily account maintenance projects
  • Develop a strong understanding of client categories and key competitive developments
  • Lead at least 2-3 projects between $250K-500K
The estimated base salary for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually. Please note that actual compensation packages are dependent on a holistic assessment of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable skillS.

Freelance Experiential Designer

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is seeking a Freelance (Mid-to-Senior Level) Experiential Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling event experiences, pop-up activations, and large-scale brand engagements. Working alongside senior creatives, designers, and our production team, you’ll help bring brand stories to life through innovative design solutions.
What Makes a Great Candidate
  • 4+ years of experience in experiential design, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Expertise in SketchUp Pro, Vray, and other equivalent rendering software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing event design, 3D modeling, and environmental design.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Experience with spatial design, problem-solving, and creating architectural documents, including floor plans and elevations.
  • Knowledge of construction documents, site plans, and shop drawings.
  • Ability to work autonomously while receiving feedback from senior creatives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Experience in working on high-profile brand activations and large-scale event production.
  • Familiarity with AV and lighting design preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage your own project, from concept development to final execution, with senior creatives providing guidance and feedback.
  • Oversee production in collaboration with the producers, managing the relationship with vendors as part of the overall event production process.
  • Create 2D and 3D visualizations, including renderings and floor plans, to communicate design concepts.
  • Work alongside a graphic designer who will handle all graphic design aspects of the project, while you focus on spatial and experiential elements.
  • Translate brand voice and messaging into physical spaces through thoughtful spatial design.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and be willing to present creative viewpoints.
  • Participate in site surveys and coordinate with lighting, AV, and other vendors for a seamless event experience.

compensation for This role will be based on a negotiable hourly or project rate.
