Team Epiphany started in 2005, largely as an excuse to escape Manhattan’s brutal winter to throw parties in Miami. Since then we’ve grown a lot - but we still try and find excuses to get to warm climates when appropriate. Our roots are in influence and experiential, which over a decade ago were not the buzzwords they are today.

We’re the original influencer marketing agency, coining the terminology before Twitter or Instagram even existed. Through the power of business-proven personal relationships, we make magic happen for our clients. Our network of true tastemakers, celebrities and creatives is the key to our ability to influence culture, and it’s something no other agency in the world can replicate. And no, we’re not a talent agency. We don’t “represent” them. They’re just our friends - and that’s how we get the big deals done that others can’t.
Our creative, strategy and design capabilities are not segmented like at other shops. Because we work in one holistic fell swoop, we are able to conceptualize and implement unique ideas at a staggeringly quick rate. From brand strategy, trend research and cultural consulting to visual identities, multi-city pop-up programs and influencer playbooks - every project starts with an idea. If our clients don’t buy something we are particularly attached to, we might even go out and make it happen on our own, like when we invented our own sport, called FIGHTBALL.
